Double – 1 double bed

Budget Double – 1 double bed

Double/Single – 1 double + 1 single bed which can also be booked as a double or twin room.

If you can’t see prices available for the dates selected please try different dates or call us directly. During peak season (mid-June to early September) school and public holidays bookings may be restricted to a two or three night minimum stay.

Although we will always try to allocate specific rooms if requested, individual rooms are subject to availability. If you have any requests, particularly regarding access or mobility issues (as some are first-floor rooms with stair access) please talk to us at the time of booking.

What we provide.

Each room has fresh linen, towels and hand wash, a flatscreen TV and a hairdryer. You’ll find blankets and extra pillows in the wardrobes, access to fresh air and central heating. In the summer you can request a fan to keep cool and in the colder months we have additional heaters, electric blankets and hot water bottles. We also have a travel cot and a highchair available for our youngest guests.

A la carte breakfast.
Breakfast is included in the cost of the rooms. Enjoy juice, tea/coffee, toast, homemade jam, cereals, porridge, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pancakes or a cooked, full Irish (eggs, bacon, sausage). This is usually served between 7.45 and 9.30am. We are happy to cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free diets.

There is also free onsite parking, fast fibre broadband (wifi), tea rooms with complimentary tea, coffee and fresh milk and a children’s play area.

What we don’t provide.

Toiletries.
As our guests usually bring their own, and we want to help reduce the use of single-use plastics, we don’t provide mini toiletries in the rooms as standard. If you need anything we have a local shop in the village where you can get supplies or we can lend you some of our own.

Laundry services.
Between the linen and towels from the B&B and the washing generated by our own family of five, our washing machines work over-time. We don’t allow them for guests’ use but there are a number of self-wash and drop-off laundry services nearby.

Cooking Facilities.
We have tea rooms available with fridges, kettles and microwaves but we are not self-catering accommodation. If you want a substantial evening meal it’s best to eat out. If you get a takeaway please use the tea rooms or outside tables provided as we don’t allow meals to be eaten in the bedrooms.

Other things to note.

Standard check-in time between 1500 and 1930.
Although it may be possible to pre-arrange a slightly earlier or later time depending on your circumstances we prefer you plan to check-in between these hours.

Quiet hours between 2200 and 0745.
Protecting everyone’s sleep is a priority. We ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum between these hours so our many early-risers, as well as our own young family, can get a good night’s sleep. The slight exception to this is in the middle of summer, when it’s still light at 2200. During daylight hours we don’t mind if people relax in the garden until nightfall but always be mindful that other guests may still wish to have an early night.

Group bookings.
We can, and do cater for multi-room bookings but, due to the point above, we might not be a great fit for all. If you’re likely to want to gather in rooms to socialise late at night, or cook/eat evening meals at the B&B we respectfully ask you look for different accommodation. A hotel or self-catering accommodation might be better suited. We reserve the right to decline bookings.

A double a single bed with white linen and views of the fields, mountains and louie, the Corgi, outside.
