With our new booking system it’s now easy to reserve your room directly with us. This means no commission fees for us and a lower rate for you. It’s a really great way to support small businesses like ours.

Inveraray Farm B&B is usually available for bookings from March/April until late October each year. We usually open bookings for the following year in November. 

To reserve your room:

• select your dates from the calendar
• choose your room configuration
• select quantity of rooms so the ‘book now’ button appears.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. If you don’t receive one (and you’ve checked your spam folder) please give us a call. 

If no price is found it means there’s no availability for all, or some, of the selected dates. Try selecting different dates or opt for an alternative room configuration.

MINIMUM STAYS

For most of the year we have a 2-night minimum stay in place. In peak season and during school and public holidays, this may increase to 3 or 4 nights. Every now and then a 1-night stay might be available, depending on how the other bookings fall.

PLEASE NOTE OUR CHECK-IN TIMES ARE STRICTLY BETWEEN 1600 AND 2000 UNLESS AGREED TO IN ADVANCE.
